“I have learned and mastered how to operate a CNC Router machine. I learned how to cut circuit boards using one route machine. I have been able to make 3D models such as hands for the company to be used for learning so that students can see the muscles and biceps, even though I had never done it before. I am learning to code for robots and making schematic drawings, among other things. I am learning, researching and bettering myself in my work. Sometimes, I give ideas about something and it’s ignored until we try everything and fail. Then they come back to me for my ideas. I am happy to be in a workplace that encourages learning.”
